Tuesday, May 9

Party kick-off! A morning full of travel, following by some R&R by the beach and/or pool. Fancy, schmancy, DELICIOUS dinner at Nobu (don’t miss the miso black cod).

  • Arrival: Two shuttles have been reserved from the airport to Nobu! Shuttle 1: for anyone arriving between 10:30-11:30am. Shuttle 2: anyone arriving between 12-12:30. More details on this to come- there will be one point of contact for each so no one is left behind!

  • Check-in: The rooms are generously being covered by Suzette + Jerry. We have one suite and two rooms with 2 queen beds!

  • Afternoon Activity: Easy beach/pool day! Don’t forget- no solid white suits or cover-ups

  • 7:30pm Dinner at Nobu: Suzette will be covering a majority of this bill!

Wednesday, May 10

Morning yoga, Cabana by the Pool, + Dinner at Pacific Restaurant

  • 9:00am: Yoga on the beach, $50 per person.

  • Cabana at the Pool: no cost to the bride tribe (thanks again, Suzy!)

  • 7:30pm Glam Disco Dinner at Pacific Restaurant: $110 per person (not including beverages), set menu that can accommodate dietary restrictions. Glitter, shimmer and shine!

  • Post-dinner drinks: At one of the hotel bars

Thursday, May 11

Spa treatments + Check out

  • Spa: everyone gets a $75 credit at the spa (for any 50 minute treatment, only). Please see below for your appointment time for your selected service. If you did not book, and would like to, let Demi know asap so we can try and make it happen!

  • 9:00am: Dylan, Demi, Christina + Lesley. May arrive 8:30 to use spa amenities.

  • 10:00am: Cait, Jess + Katie. May arrive 9:00am to use spa amenities.

  • Pool hang: Before/after spa treatments and prior to check out

  • Check-out: time TBD

  • Head to the Hilton via Cabs
